The Hyderabad-based IT products company, ComPulse Systems Private Ltd. which last month received the first round of venture funding from the Bangalore-based National Venture Capital Fund, has developed an IT infrastructure management solution_ Virtual Cluster Manager.

The co-founder and Chief Executive officer of ComPulse, Mr Prateek Jaswant, told Business Line that the company product, Virtual Cluster Manager (VCM), targeted at service providers, was an inexpensive, platform neutral tool for monitoring and managing specific applications.

Targeted at companies that do not have a perfect management solution, Mr Prateek said VCM plugged the gap between costly and often bulky enterprise management frameworks and low cost low feature point tools.

With VCM, service providers can move their customers from people-centric services to product-centric services. The migration path to a management framework with a suite like VCM becomes easier and comfortable to the customer.
