Salaries |
We
want to pay you what you're worth. ComPulse
conducts extensive surveys and adjusts
salaries to match industry standards. Based on
client satisfaction and project completion
metrics, ComPulse also offers consultants
additional merit based bonuses.

Incentive
Plan

ComPulse
has a unique profit sharing incentive program
for encouraging employees to participate in
the company's growth and prosperity.
Participation in this plan is entirely
voluntary. ComPulse allows you to select
activities you enjoy and get rewarded for your
efforts. Some of the activities are:

Employee Referral
Each activity is
assigned points, which the employee
earns by participating. At the end of the
calendar year, based on the success of the
company over the past year, a Rupee/Dollar figure is
determined per point. This Rupee/Dollar amount is
multiplied by the number of points earned by
the employee, and bonus money is awarded to
the employee.

| Tuition
Reimbursement Program |
After
the first year of employment, ComPulse pays up
to Rs.1,00,000/$2500 per annum for professional
certifications or accreditation. Employees
must get prior approval from ComPulse.

| Vacation |
ComPulse
understands the need for time away from the
office to refresh one's mind, body and spirit.
Vacation time begins accumulating from the
date of hire with a maximum of 30 days in the
first year. Future days are earned on a yearly
basis and accumulate each year from the
employee's anniversary date. Unused vacation
days can be carried over to the next
anniversary year or turned in for
compensation.
